Privacy policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This website is run by Black Stallion Construction, a painting and drywall contractor in Montana ("we").

What we collect. Only what you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email and message. Builders who send a bid invitation may also give a company name, the scope of work and a link to plans. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

Why. To answer your request: to call, text or email you about your project or bid, and to prepare an estimate. We do not sell your details, share them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Who can see it. Your message is stored with our hosting provider. The owner of the business and the people who help us run the website can read it. We share it with no one else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it. If you become a customer, we keep job records as long as our books and taxes require.

Your choices. Email [email protected] or call (406) 640-7997 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will answer within 30 days.

Cookies. This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may set one short-lived security cookie to block automated attacks; it does not follow you to other websites.

Children. This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes. If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
